By far our largest rentable space, the Carriage House will be your home away from home. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and bathroom has lovely walk-in shower! The beautiful Chippendale desk, likely from the 1700's, will be a perfect spot to work on a project.
The house has a small kitchen and dining area and a spacious living space with a love seat and large 50” TV.
You'll have great views of Golden from this second floor unit, and ample privacy being separate from the main building.
This room includes the only private parking spot we currently offer.
